Under APP 12, you have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you. Under APP 13, you have the right to request correction of personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.

To make an access or correction request, please contact us in writing at the details below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe (generally 30 days). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

In limited circumstances, we may decline to provide access, for example where doing so would be unlawful, would pose a serious threat to health or safety, or where the information relates to existing or anticipated legal proceedings. We will provide you with written reasons for any refusal.

We do not charge a fee to receive an access request, but we may charge a reasonable fee to cover our costs of providing access in complex cases.
